This standard bore piston kit is designed for the 1494cc Rotax 4-TEC 1503 4-stroke inline 3-cylinder engine used in Sea-Doo personal watercraft and sport boats from 2004 through 2015. The 100mm standard bore piston provides precise piston-to-wall clearance for optimal ring seal and compression in factory-spec cylinders for the Sea-Doo Rotax 4-TEC 1503 engine. Each kit includes cast aluminum alloy piston, precision-fitted piston rings, hardened wrist pin, and retaining circlips for a top-end rebuild of the 1494cc Rotax 4-TEC 3-cylinder engine. Manufactured using premium cast aluminum alloy and precision machined on CNC equipment for consistent dimensions and reliable performance in marine applications. The Sea-Doo Rotax 4-TEC 1503 is a 4-stroke 3-cylinder engine with 100mm bore and 63.4mm stroke used across Sea-Doo PWC and sport boat platforms.
