This 83mm bore cylinder sleeve is designed for the Kawasaki Jet Ski Ultra series personal watercraft powered by the 1498cc 4-cylinder 4-stroke DOHC supercharged engine with 83mm bore and 69.2mm stroke. The cylinder sleeve is a precision-machined cast iron liner that presses into the aluminum cylinder casting to restore the cylinder bore when the original bore has become worn, scored, or damaged. Compatible with all Kawasaki Ultra supercharged models from 2007 through 2024 including the Ultra 250X, Ultra 260LX, Ultra 260X, Ultra 300LX, Ultra 300X, and Ultra 310X personal watercraft. The sleeve is supplied undersized and must be bored and honed to final dimensions after installation to achieve the correct piston-to-cylinder wall clearance. Professional machine shop installation is required for pressing the sleeve into the cylinder and boring to final specifications with proper crosshatch surface finish. Verify your engine model and bore size before ordering to ensure correct application.
