This supercharger rebuild kit is designed for the 17-tooth non-intercooled supercharger used in 185HP Sea-Doo PWC and jet boats with the BRP Rotax 1503cc 4-TEC supercharged engine from 2003 through 2006. The kit contains all components required to rebuild the supercharger assembly including new bearings, seals, washers, and gaskets to restore proper boost pressure and supercharger operation. The 17-tooth supercharger was used on the non-intercooled 185HP models including the GTX Supercharged 185, GTX LTD Supercharged 185, and Challenger 180 SC jet boat. The GTX Supercharged 185 was produced from 2003 through 2006 while the GTX LTD Supercharged 185 was available from 2003 through 2004. This kit is specifically designed for the 17-tooth non-intercooled configuration and is not compatible with the 16-tooth intercooled supercharger models. Direct replacement for Sea-Doo part numbers 420881947, 420881940, 420881949, 420881150, and 420881151. Verify your part number before ordering to ensure correct application.
