Direct replacement supercharger rebuild kit engineered for the 17-tooth non-intercooled supercharger in 185HP Sea-Doo PWC and jet boats with the BRP Rotax 1503cc 4-TEC supercharged engine from 2003 through 2006. The rebuild kit includes all necessary bearings, seals, washers, and gaskets to fully rebuild the supercharger assembly and restore factory boost performance in the 17-tooth non-intercooled configuration. The BRP Rotax 1503cc 4-TEC supercharged engine was available in intercooled and non-intercooled configurations with different supercharger tooth counts. The non-intercooled 185HP models used the 17-tooth supercharger including the GTX Supercharged 185 from 2003 through 2006, GTX LTD Supercharged 185 from 2003 through 2004, and Challenger 180 SC jet boat. Always verify your supercharger tooth count before ordering as the 16-tooth and 17-tooth rebuild kits are not interchangeable. Replaces Sea-Doo part numbers 420881947, 420881940, 420881949, 420881150, and 420881151. Confirm your part number before purchasing to verify proper fitment.
