When to Replace:
• When pad material thickness reaches 1mm or less
• When braking performance noticeably decreases
• When brake squeal persists after cleaning and inspection
• When pad surface is glazed, cracked, or contaminated with oil/fluid
Installation Notes:
• Clean caliper bracket and slide pins before installing new pads
• Inspect brake rotor for minimum thickness and warpage
• Push caliper piston back carefully before fitting new pads
• Bed in new pads with gradual stops — avoid hard braking for first 50 miles
• Check brake fluid level after installation — piston retraction may raise fluid level
