OSGR starter motor designed for Western Star heavy duty trucks with Caterpillar 3126 diesel engines from 2000-2003. This 12-volt Denso-type unit delivers 4 kW of cranking power through a 10-tooth pinion gear with clockwise rotation. The off set gear reduction design provides superior cranking torque for reliable cold-weather starting on heavy duty diesel applications. Features dual 10.0mm unthreaded mounting ears for direct bolt-on replacement. Robust construction at 26.12 lbs for demanding commercial truck service.
