This head inner O-ring is a direct replacement for the cylinder head inner seal on Polaris personal watercraft equipped with 800cc twin-cylinder and 1200cc 3-cylinder 2-stroke engines from 1999 through 2004 including the Octane 800, Virage 800, Genesis 1200, SLX 1200, SLX PRO 1200, Virage TX 1200, and Virage TXI 1200 models. The head inner O-ring maintains a critical seal at the cylinder head to prevent coolant leakage and maintain proper cooling system pressure under marine operating conditions. Manufactured using premium O-ring compound engineered to dimensions for dependable sealing at the cylinder head on all compatible Polaris 2-stroke PWC engine assemblies. Designed as an exact drop-in replacement that installs directly without modifications for head O-ring replacement or cylinder head service on all compatible Polaris 800cc and 1200cc PWC models.
