24V Starter Motor — Volvo A30D D10B 9.6L Articulated Hauler
Replacement starter for 2004-2007 Volvo A30D articulated trucks with the D10B 9.6-liter diesel engine. This 24-volt 7kW PLGR starter motor uses planetary gear reduction to deliver maximum cranking torque from a compact and lightweight package. The 12-tooth pinion with 47.1mm gear OD engages the flywheel ring gear with clockwise rotation. Three 13.5mm unthreaded mounting ears ensure proper alignment and secure installation. The heavy-duty construction is rated for the extreme duty cycles and harsh operating environments typical of articulated hauler applications in construction, mining, and earthmoving. Also fits other Volvo industrial applications by part number. Replaces Prestolite M90R3547SE and Volvo 1556967.
