This crankshaft seal kit is a complete direct replacement set for the MAG side, PTO outer, and PTO inner crankshaft seal positions on Tiger Shark PWC watercraft powered by the 639cc 2-stroke twin cylinder engine in the 640 model family from 1994 through 1999. The kit includes three precision-engineered seals to provide complete crankshaft sealing at all bearing carrier locations, preventing oil leakage and maintaining proper crankcase pressure during high-RPM operation. Manufactured using premium oil seal compound to meet or exceed original equipment specifications for dependable sealing in the demanding marine operating environment of Tiger Shark 2-stroke PWC engines. Designed as an exact drop-in replacement kit that installs directly without modifications for crankshaft seal replacement or engine rebuild on all Tiger Shark 640 PWC models.
