Denso-type OSGR starter for Sterling Acterra and Thomas Built bus applications. This 12-volt unit delivers 4 kW with clockwise rotation through a 10-tooth pinion. Fits Sterling Acterra M5500, M6500, M7500, M8500 with Caterpillar 3126 from 2001-2004, Sterling Condor and L-Line from 1999-2004, plus Thomas Built MVP-EF with Cat 3126 and TL960 with Cat 3116. Also compatible with Type D Saf-T-Liner EF, ER, and HDX. Direct bolt-on replacement requiring no modifications. Replaces Denso TG228000-5851 and Caterpillar 0R9226.
