PRODUCT DETAILS:
Direct replacement crankshaft repair sleeve for Kawasaki, Polaris, and Sea-Doo personal watercraft engines covering 440cc through 1100cc from 1977 through 2006. This precision-machined sleeve presses onto the crankshaft at the oil seal contact area to provide a fresh sealing surface, restoring oil seal function without replacing the crankshaft. The sleeve is manufactured from hardened steel for excellent wear resistance and long service life in the high-RPM personal watercraft engine environment. Kawasaki models covered include the SX, SS, SXI, ZXI, STS, STX, and Ultra series from 440cc standup through 1100cc sit-down watercraft spanning nearly three decades. Polaris models include SL, SLT, SLX, and Pro 650cc through 780cc, and Sea-Doo includes the complete 580cc through 800cc lineup. Installing a crank repair sleeve during rebuild is significantly more affordable than replacing the entire crankshaft when the only damage is at the seal journal surface.
