Complete gasket kit for the Sea-Doo 650 personal watercraft models including the GTX SPX XP and XPI equipped with the Rotax 657 and 657x engines displacing 650cc in a 2-stroke 2-cylinder inline twin configuration with a 78mm bore and 68mm stroke featuring CDI ignition and rotary valve induction. This comprehensive gasket kit includes all the gaskets needed for a complete engine rebuild including head gaskets base gaskets exhaust gaskets and crankcase gaskets. The Rotax 657 series engines produce 70 to 80 horsepower and the water cooled 2-stroke design operates under severe thermal cycling which degrades gasket materials over time. Replacing all gaskets during an engine rebuild ensures proper sealing at every junction and prevents compression and coolant leaks. Always clean all mating surfaces thoroughly before installing new gaskets and torque all fasteners to factory specification.
