Crankshaft repair sleeve engineered for the broadest range of PWC engines from Kawasaki, Polaris, and Sea-Doo covering 440cc to 1100cc from 1977 through 2006. The sleeve restores the crankshaft seal journal surface that wears from continuous contact with the oil seal lip, providing a cost-effective alternative to crankshaft replacement. This sleeve covers Kawasaki jet ski models from the original 440cc SX standup through the powerful 1100cc ZXI and Ultra 130 DI sit-down watercraft. Polaris coverage includes all 650cc through 780cc models from the SL and SLT through the SLX and Pro 780 produced from 1992 through 2000. Sea-Doo coverage spans 580cc through 800cc models including carbureted and RFI fuel-injected versions from the GT and SP through GSX and GTX RFI from 1989 through 2003. Proper crankshaft seal surface condition is essential in 2-stroke engines where crankcase sealing directly affects engine performance and fuel delivery.
