Starter Motor — Volvo A30D Articulated Hauler D10B 9.6L Diesel
New 24-volt starter for the Volvo A30D articulated truck. This 7kW PLGR starter is designed for the D10B 9.6-liter Volvo diesel engine and provides the high-torque cranking performance required for heavy construction equipment. The planetary gear reduction mechanism multiplies motor speed into high torque at the flywheel for dependable starting under all operating conditions. Features clockwise rotation with a 12-tooth pinion, 1.854-inch gear OD, and three 13.5mm unthreaded mounting ears. The robust construction handles the vibration and thermal demands of articulated hauler operations. Covers 2004-2007 model years and other Volvo industrial applications using the same starter configuration. Replaces Prestolite M10R3547SE and Volvo 20430564.
