Yamaha 800 Top End Gasket Kit
Top end gasket kit for Yamaha GP 800 GP 800R XL 800 and XLT 800 personal watercraft equipped with the 782cc 2-stroke 2-cylinder twin engine featuring an 80mm bore and 78mm stroke with CDI ignition and YPVS power valve system producing 120 horsepower. This top end gasket kit includes all the gaskets needed for cylinder head and top end service including head gaskets base gaskets and exhaust gaskets. The 2-stroke marine engine operates under severe thermal cycling and constant water cooling which degrades gasket materials over time. Replacing all top end gaskets ensures proper sealing and prevents compression leaks and coolant intrusion. Always clean all mating surfaces thoroughly before installing new gaskets and torque all fasteners to factory specification.
