This jet pump oil seal is a direct replacement for the impeller shaft position in the jet pump assembly on Yamaha 2-stroke WaveRunner models spanning 650cc through 1200cc engine configurations from 1990 to 2017. The SD-type jet pump oil seal with PTFE inner lip provides superior sealing and reduced friction at the impeller shaft passage, preventing water intrusion into the hull and maintaining proper jet pump lubrication. The PTFE lip design delivers extended service life compared to conventional rubber lip seals by reducing wear against the impeller shaft surface under high-speed rotational demands. Designed as an exact drop-in replacement that installs directly into the jet pump housing without modifications for a straightforward jet pump seal replacement or rebuild service.
