Direct replacement 80mm cylinder sleeve engineered for the Kawasaki 1071cc 3-cylinder 2-stroke reed valve engine used in Kawasaki Jet Ski personal watercraft from 1996 through 2004. This cast iron cylinder sleeve restores proper bore dimensions when the original factory cylinder has become scored, worn, or damaged beyond service limits. Manufactured with the correct outside diameter for proper interference fit in the aluminum cylinder casting of the Kawasaki 1100cc engine. Fits all Kawasaki 1100cc models including the STX 1100, STX DI 1100, Ultra 130 DI, and ZXi 1100 equipped with the 1071cc 3-cylinder 2-stroke engine. The sleeve ships undersized and requires boring and finish honing after installation to achieve the correct bore diameter and surface finish for piston ring sealing.
