12V Starter — Toyota SDK8 PDK25 Skid Steer Forklift Backhoe Diesel
Replacement starter for Toyota SDK8 and PDK25 industrial equipment. This 12-volt 2.5 kW OSGR starter motor is designed for the Toyota 2J 4-cylinder diesel engine used across multiple SDK8 platform configurations including skid steer loaders, forklifts, backhoes, and shovel loaders. The offset gear reduction design provides reliable cranking torque with clockwise rotation and an 11-tooth pinion gear. The 39.9mm gear outer diameter and two unthreaded mounting ears ensure a direct fit to the engine housing. The OSGR architecture separates the motor armature from the drive pinion through a reduction gear for improved torque multiplication and longer service life. Weighs 16 pounds. Replaces Nippondenso 128000-4102 and Toyota 28100-42800-71.
