Direct replacement solid state voltage regulator for Hitachi-type alternators on 1988-2000 Honda GL1500 Gold Wing motorcycles. This A-circuit regulator maintains a precise 14.4 volt set point and features T-plug and IG-L terminal connections for direct plug-in installation. Compatible with all Hitachi LR140-707 and LR140-708 series alternators including LR140-708, LR140-708C, LR140-708CN, LR140-707, LR140-707A, and LR140-707B. Replaces Honda alternator numbers 31100-MT2-005 and 31100-MT2-015. Full coverage for GL1500, GL1500A Aspencade, GL1500I Interstate, and GL1500SE 1520cc models from 1988 through 2000.
