Q: Where is my part shipping from?

We have several locations that we ship from, we typically ship from the location that is closest to your address as long as that warehouse has inventory, otherwise we ship from the next available facility.

Q: How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free to the US 48 CONTIGUOUS STATES only.

Q: How do I return my part?

All returns require a return authorization number to be returned to us and you can get one contacting us at returns@rareelectrical.com or at 1-866-695-0363.

Q: Do you ship outside the USA?

Yes we do ship worldwide using USPS, UPS, and DHL.

Q: Do you ship on Saturday or Sunday?

Our shipping department only processes and ships orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays)

Q: Will my order ship today?

If you order is placed before 4pm eastern standard time you order will ship the same business day excluding holidays and unforeseen weather related issues.

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping methods?

Yes we offer domestic and international expedited shipping methods.

No there isn't.

Q: Is the item OEM or Aftermarket?

We do sell both OEM and aftermarket products and if the item is OEM it will be listed as a original product and the brand otherwise it would be aftermarket.

Q: Is the item new or remanufactured?

We only sell 100% new items.

Q: Does the starter come with a solenoid?

Yes if the starter is pictured with a solenoid it is shipped as pictured.

Q: Does the mirror come with glass?

Yes, all of our mirrors ship with the glass included.

Q: Does the item come with a pulley?

Yes, if the alternator is pictured with a pulley it is shipped as pictured
